OFFIAH'S BOY
This strapping 3yo gelding is in training with Joe Tickle in Exeter. After going very close on handicap debut, this son of Le Brivido will embark on a juvenile hurlde campaign this winter having shown plenty of scope in his schooling. He is a lovely dual purpose horse who looks ready to win.
POWER OVER ME
Power Over Me is the Club's highest rated horse with a mark of 87, finishing 3rd in the 2022 consolation Steward’s Cup at Goodwood. He then sustained an injury and has since been brought back to full health. He is another in training with Joe Tickle where we target to get him back on track this winter.
DODDIE'S IMPACT
Our 2023 Brocklesby winner has been a brilliant servant to the club, providing members a day they will never forget. He is rated 64 on the flat and this 3yo looks to have retained plenty of ability. He will be given a turf campaign this Autumn when the ground turns softer with trainer Ollie Pears.
UN-NAMED ULYSSES FILLY
This is a lovely unraced 3yo filly by Ulysses who has a very impressive pedigree. She is a compact filly, and has required time but there is every suggestion that member’s patience will be rewarded. Currently in pre-training, she will be a later type for 2024.
PARADISE CIRCUS
Paradise Circus is a very strong gelding by Outstrip, and is giving the impression already that he has a good level of ability. He is an unraced 3yo who is already well over 16 hands in height. He has a strong page for both the flat and national hunt, and with a half brother who has won over hurdles, a novice hurdle campign beckons!
BEAUFORT BREEZE
Beaufort Breeze is a new recruit to the team, now in training with DJ Jeffreys in Cheltenham. This Irish P2P winner is a strapping son of Lucky Speed and looks every bit a chaser. He will begin life over hurdles this season, and has already taken members to Cheltenham Racecourse in October for his debut.
